At Westside Tennis & Fitness there are many opportunities to have fun while improving your tennis game! Our drills and clinics are developed to teach skills and stroke development in high energy group environments.
Our beginner clinics are geared toward the person just starting the game of tennis. Basic tennis strokes are emphasized along with game strategy. Members have the freedom to learn at their own pace!
Cardio Tennis is a heart pumping group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities the ultimate aerobic workout while practicing tennis skills. Led by a tennis professional, this is a great way to improve your heart and your game. This is a great endurance building tennis clinic!
Drop In Drills
Members enjoy fast paced ball feeding drills in a fun, high energy environment. Each court features a different tennis shot. As you rotate courts, you are able to work on different shots and you get a fitness work out as well!
Ladies Team Drills
Team drills at specific levels for our ladies league players. Doubles strategy and teamwork emphasized. There will be a new theme each week! A & B levels in separate classes.
