Membership

Access to Westside Tennis & Fitness is limited to members only.  Memberships are available on an individual, couple or family basis.  Memberships are not transferable.  All memberships require payment of a one time, non refundable initiation fee. The monthly dues vary based on the type of membership.

Individual Membership
An individual membership shall be applicable only to the designated individual.  Spouse and children, if applicable, shall not be entitled to the rights and privileges of this membership, except as guests, subject to guest policies.

Couple Membership
A couple membership category shall be applicable to two people legally married or a parent and one designated dependent child up to the age of 18 years.

Family Membership
A family membership provides club access to all members of the immediate family, including a spouse and dependent children, living at home, up to age 23.  Upon a dependent child's 23rd birthday, they may transfer to an individual membership without an additional initiation fee and incur individual dues beginning the following month.  It is up to the parent or dependent to notify the club within 30 days of their 23rd birthday.
 

 
The club reserves the right to increase initiation fees and dues at its discretion.  The obligation to pay dues is not dependent on the availability of all the club's facilities.  Tournaments, special events, repairs and/or maintenance may make it necessary for the club to restrict or make temporarily unavailable one or more of the club's facilities.  Dues will not be reduced or suspended during the time when one or more of the facilities are not available.  Members' dues will be billed monthly in advance. 

A 30 day written notice is required to cancel membership to the club.  Once a membership is cancelled, a full initiation fee will be required to rejoin.
