The club is open daily, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Hours of operation are as follows:

Security
Westside Tennis & Fitness has a manned guard house at the club entrance. Club access is by membership card only. All members of the family must present their card upon entry. Lost or stolen membership cards may be reissued with the member services department. All members are required to have their photo in the club membership computer system. Photos may be updated upon member request.
No handguns or firearms of any kind are permitted on Westside Tennis & Fitness property. Westside reserves the right to escort members or their guests off the property due to inappropriate or dangerous behavior.
Guests
Westside Tennis & Fitness welcomes you to invite your friends to enjoy the club with you. As a private membership club we have established guest policies to ensure fairness to all of our members. The club charges a guest fee for each individual who visits as a guest of a club member. Current guest fees are $25 per adult and $18 per child, under the age of 18. Guests must be with a member or must present a guest pass to the front guard gate upon entering. Guests must abide by all club rules and regulations. Out of town relatives or friends, staying in the home of a member, will be issued a complimentary guest pass for a limited period of time, provided such guest(s) primary residence is more than 100 miles out of the Houston area. Passes will be issued through the member services department.
Note: Restaurant guests must also be registered with the front gate and guest fees will apply.
Membership Charges and Billing
Westside Tennis & Fitness provides membership charge privileges to all members. All dependents are afforded club charge privileges unless notified through club services in writing. We do not accept cash for club services, but accept club charges, credit and debit cards and personal or company checks. E-cash cards are available for member dependents through club services, allowing for paid in advance purchase of assigned charge amounts to designated member dependents.
Statements are sent on a calendar month basis. On the first of each month, membership dues for the upcoming month are applied as well as all charges incurred for the club services during the previous month. Statements are processed on the first of the month and mailed out to members. All memberships are required to have automatic payment by EFT (electronic funds transfer) on the membership through checking accounts. The full amount of the statement will be deducted on the 15th of each month. Members must maintain a current status to retain membership and enjoy club privileges. Members are required to notify the club of any changes to checking accounts that might prevent the monthly billing from processing on time. The club will charge late fees and return fees for accounts that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or change of account status.
Members may dispute specific charges for up to 30 days following the billing date.
Kids Zone & Baby Zone
Westside's Kids Zone & Baby Zone provide complimentary child care to members while their parents are on club premises. Kids Zone, located inside the Clubhouse, is available for children 7 weeks – 7 years, 7 days a week! Baby Zone is a cheerful, fun-filled play room specifically designed for young infants and toddlers, and is separated from (but adjacent to) the Kids Zone area where the older children play. Westside offers plenty to entertain your children, so please leave personal items and toys at home or in the car! Toys from home frequently cause friction between children, and Westside will not accept responsibility for lost or broken items. Children and parents must be active members of Westside, and children are signed in and out of Kids Zone by a parent or appointed guardian of legal age. Parents may provide snacks and non-spill sippy cup, but please make sure everything is labeled.
Food & Beverage
Our club restaurants are for membership and member guest's enjoyment. No outside food or beverage is allowed onto the club grounds. Alcoholic beverages are served to members and guests ages 21 years and older. Westside Tennis & Fitness reserves the right to ask for proper identification from any person requesting alcoholic beverages and has the right to refuse alcohol to persons inebriated. In accordance with TABC requirements, no alcoholic beverage may be taken off of the club premises.
Locker Rooms
Full locker rooms are provided for our members. Lockers are available for use on a daily basis. Permanent lockers are available on a limited basis and in certain areas, on a rental basis. Locker rental information is available through our Membership Services Department. Personal hygiene products are available on a complimentary basis in the locker rooms for use while at the club. Only same sex children are allowed in the locker room areas. Children under the age of 8 may use the restroom located in the Kid Care Center with opposite sex parent. For changing of clothing for opposite sex children, parents are asked to please use the family restrooms.
Towel Service
Towels are available throughout the club for the use of members and their guests while on the property. Please deposit towels after use in the designated towel bins throughout the club. Towels may not be removed from the club premises.
Tobacco Use
Westside Tennis & Fitness is a tobacco free facility. No smoking of any kind or use of smoke free tobacco products are allowed, at any time on premises, except in designated areas.
