Les Mills Group Exercise classes were developed in New Zealand. Each class is guaranteed to provide you with a great workout and help kick the calories. The classes are choreographed with music to ensure that all instructors teach in a consistent format, the music and routines are changed quarterly to keep the classes fresh. All instructors must be Les Mills certified, so your classes are taught only by the best. From Body Pump to Body Flow, we offer all 8 Les Mills classes to fit your fitness needs!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SH'BAM is our newest addition to group fitness! Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM™ is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH’BAM™ class is vibrant, unique and varied – and like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new SH’BAM™ release is produced every three months with new music and choreography.
BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
BODYFLOW is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BODYJAM is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.
BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.
BODYVIVE is the lowimpact, whole body group fitness workout that uses VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. There are inspirational instructors and music to motivate you.
RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.
RIPPED - Looking to spice up your strength training routine? Boost your conditioning and confidence to the next level in this high intensity class using, hand weights, resistance bands, and bosu balls in addition to other unique forms of functional training equipment. Get ready to master new exercises and unveil a whole new you!
SPIN, CORE & MORE - Combine cycle drills with strength training for a great total body workout that promises to keep you coming back for more!
WILL POWER AND GRACE - Formatted fusion of postures and drills, willPower & grace® is the high-energy, cardiovascular solution that mind-body practitioners have been looking for, and the foot-fitness conditioning program that athletes need. This workout is as philosophical is it is physical; a full-body functional workout meets sports psychology.
BEGINNER YANG T'AI CHI - Students will learn basic walking, basic stance, hand positions and 24 movement yang form.
ADVANCED YANG T'AI CHI - Students will continue their education by the addition of 32 movement sword form and 81 long yang form. *Instructor Approval Required*
BEGINNER CHEN T'AI CHI - Students will begin their education in chen t'ai chi by learning basic stances, silk reeling, eight techniques, and 18 movement chen form.
ADVANCED CHEN T'AI CHI - Students will further develop skills in chen t'ai chi by learning old frame first routine, 49 movement chen sword, old frame second routine, and chen broad sword. *Instructor Approval Required*
