Fitness Personal Training
Our professional personal training staff are available for our members that seek that extra push in getting started or continuing an exercise program.  Our staff will complete a full visual planner to evaluate your fitness level and structure specific programs and training to meet your fitness goals.

Private Sessions
Whether your interest is to lose body fat, improve shape or appearance, increase endurance, boost energy, improve your sports skills, or simply to feel better, our personal trainers are focused on achieving maximum results.

Personal training is available on a private or semi-private basis. 

Prepaid packages must be booked in order to schedule a Personal Trainer on a set weekly schedule.  Once scheduled, all sessions are charged unless 48 hours notice is given for cancellation.  Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancellation/no show fee of $25.
