Westside Tennis & Fitness provides complimentary group fitness programs to our members.  Group fitness is comprised of a variety of group classes that concentrate on specific exercise techniques or programs. We offer a variety of programs ranging from Yoga to Weight Lifting classes, and seasonal water aerobics. Westside also has a growing number of specialty group classes at low costs to our members such as TRX, Chair Pilates and other new classes keeping us on the edge of the newest innovations in fitness.
