Westside Tennis & Fitness offers a wide variety of group exercise classes throughout the week. Our Les Mills programming encompasses all your group exercise needs. Westside also offers a variety of custom classes unique to Westside to appeal to those of all fitness levels. If your a beginner or regular when it comes to Group Fitness, Westside has a class to fit your needs.

Whether you are looking for a high energy step class, or a sports specific class, or a low impact class for the baby boomers, we have it all.  Our cycle room provides a fun energetic environment for our RPM cycle  and our spinning classes.  Our Studio A and Studio B offers a cork floor for low impact on your body and a full selection of the equipment you might need for any class.
